We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and carry out bookings, and provide ongoing support. We do not sell your information to third parties.
What we'll never ask for
For your security, we will never ask you to send passwords, banking details, or private documents through our website or contact form. If a form ever asks you for one of these, enter it directly into the real service yourself — not through us.
Keeping our website secure
This site is served over HTTPS, hosted on secure infrastructure, and our contact form includes spam-prevention measures. We only collect the information needed to respond to your enquiry — never more than that.
Third-party services
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are stored securely in our own database (hosted by Supabase) so we can follow them up — they are never sold or shared with advertisers. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and our contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated spam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and provide any related support — generally no longer than a few years — and delete or anonymise it sooner on request.
